The Artists' Space at
the National Bottle Museum
presents "Polish Landscape"

“The Artists’ Space” at the National Bottle Museum® in Ballston Spa, NY is presently featuring the “Polish Landscape” exhibit, showcasing original works of art by 27 well known 19th and 20th century Polish painters.

“Polish Landscape”, includes a selection of works by Wladyslaw Chmielinski, Stefan Filipkiewicz, Wiktor Korecki, Aleksander Nowakowski, Leszek Piasecki, Jozef Rapacki, Hanna Rudzka-Cybis, Jehudith Sobel, Jan Stanislawski, Aleksander Swieszewski, Wlodzimzimierz, Terlikowski, Jakub Zucker, among others, showing the beauty and diversity of the landscape of Poland.

The exhibit is provided by Polish Fine Art of Saratoga Springs, NY and will remain on view at “The Artists’ Space” through September 6, 2010. All paintings will be available for purchase during the exhibit, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the National Bottle Museum, a non-profit educational institution chartered by the NYS Dept. of Education.

Wild West and Totem Poles Exhibit
 
Fine Art Photographer Sue Clark will join legendary Trapper/Wood Carver Johnny Thorpe for an outstanding exhibit at “The Artists’ Space” in the National Bottle Museum ® during September and October.

Sue’s award winning photos of wild Tombstone characters, cowboys, cowgirls & Rt. 66 images will be displayed alongside of full sized wooden totem poles carved by Johnny, whose work is influenced by the art of the native peoples of the Pacific Northwest.

The museum and 2nd floor “Artists’ Space” are open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Through changing exhibits, tours, and a research library, the National Bottle Museum preserves the history of the mouth blown bottle industry. “The Artists’ Space” features changing exhibits of important artwork in diverse styles, ranging from post impressionism to folk art, once again representing the art, history and technology inherent in all things created by hand.
